Summer is almost over!

I have people asking about my shamrock garden. Well, here it is...what is left of it anyway! They will survive and be back next year, but the heat has really done a number on them this year.

When the weatherman said it could rain or storm, we went outside to see storm clouds gathering. Anything is exciting when you think it'll break the heat. 46 days in a row of 100 or higher. But, it did not rain after all and the clouds went away. It isn't nice to tease like that!

The pictures of the three girls I took to show other ways they find to beat the heat. Cheyenne loves to play the Wii games. Brianna likes to take pictures of herself! And pictures of Casie. He has really grown longer in the past 5 months. But he's still my baby!

School begins again on Friday. Actually, the girls are excited about that. I do think Brianna is nervous about attending a different school than A, and Cheyenne.
Being the oldest, she has to lead the way. I know she will do just fine. I'm trying to convince her that she will be fine! I can see the traits of a natural born leader in Brianna.

All the days ordained for me were written in Your book before one of them came to be.

Psalm 139:16

I know you will be glad when your hot summer comes to an end.We got some much needed rain today which has dropped the temperature down in the 70's which feels so nice.
Enjoyed seeing the pictures of your girls and Dennis.
Jeremy is looking forward to 4th grade now that he knows one of his friends is going to be in his class.
