In an attempt to be cool in Oklahoma heat, Dennis bought three oscillating fans. When he couldn't figure out the directions to put them together, Ally worked it out.
Denise, Joylyn, Emily, Abby, and Shane all came over to make a tent city in our living room. It does feel better in here. We do have a small window unit in here, but it wasn't made to cool beyond this living room area. Thanks, guys, for all your help!
It's been 11 days since this adventure began, and the "repair" man has been out here 4 times. First it was one problem, so throw some money at that problem, and "repair" man would "fix" the problem. Well, Mr Repair man, our house is not cool. Repair man comes out a total of 4 times, and our house is H*O*T. This is a picture of Mr "repair" man fixing the problem. Oh, you don't see mr repair man?? Well that's because he has left.....again. For a total of 4 times leaving today. Now he says he has to go do some things. But he will be back. Yeah, right..... I told him that Dennis isn't feeling well today, and I think it's the heat, and the stress. Will he please be able to get this finished today. Oh yes mam, it'll be fixed today. Can't fix the unit if you aren't here working on it. (Just a thought there. But what do I know about repairing a.c. units??)

I'm sorry your air isn't work yet. Hopefully your new tent city is helping a little bit. If all else fails, come here.

Dianne..I am so sorry that the days without your central continue to go on and on and on.Hope your tent city is helping.I'll be praying that the repairman returns tomorrow and gets your AC running.We went to Taco Bell today and ate inside.Their AC was broken and it was hot in there! I felt bad for the employees.A thunderstorm came so that delayed leaving Taco Bell.After the rain stopped we ventured outside.The funny thing is that it felt like the outside was air conditioned and not the inside like it should be.It cooled down quite a bit thanks to the thunderstorm.
