Another Thankful Thursday

The girls are having their friend, Capri, sleep over tonight. They've been very cute with their singing, and posing for pictures. I've enjoyed them.

I've been so thankful to have our air conditioning replaced. So hot in here. No one could eat, or sleep. And there seemed to be no where to go to get cool. The window unit in the living room didn't change anything, and we were all so hot when trying to sit in there. The window unit in our bedroom was great as long as the door was kept shut. But you add in 6 hot bodies, it quickly changed the temperature to hot! DJ slept on the floor every night. Usually Cheyenne would be down there with him. One night I slept on the floor with Ally and DJ. But Ally is such a busy sleeper! It was hard to sleep because she would throw her leg over me, or over DJ. That would add her body heat to my body heat, and that was miserable! Even though Ally is so beautiful, I didn't want her that close to me!

I'm thankful that the oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico has slowed down. I'm praying for the whole nightmare to go away! I doubt if anything in life works like that, but I'm still believing for it.
