Yay!! It's Thursday! Thursday is the day I stop and give thanks to the Lord for all He is/has/will do. I have much to be thankful for!!
I'm thankful that I don't get every prayer answered. Haven't you ever gone to the Lord with some petition or other, then when it doesn't get answered the way you wanted, you realize that it wouldn't have been right anyway?! Oh my goodness. The times this has happened to me. I won't bore you with going into details, but I am so thankful that God directs my steps, and His Word is a light unto my path.
Our second daughter went to a photographer's workshop in Dallas last weekend. I'm thankful she had this opportunity to meet some wonderful people, and learn from them. They gave her such confidence and guidance, and I appreciate that. By the way, Dana's Photography is great! ( http://www.danasuggs.com/ )
These beautiful autumn days.......ohhhh. I love the fall shadows, the leaves (yes, the ones in the yard, too), the blue sky, the crisp feel in the air. You know what I mean....autumn. Hate the clock change, but that's another blog.

Dianne...checked your blog since it is Thursday already.Your Thankful Thursday is always so inspiring to me.Now if I could only stay home for awhile I might get something written on my blog too.I have been on the go this week.
We are thankful for you. Dana is very talented. I enjoyed looking at her photos. Wished she lived close enough to take pictures of my family!
