6 words Saturday

Casie takes care of Brooklyn while she sleeps.

I printed up several pictures (princesses of course!) from the computer.

SUGAR AND SPICE AND EVERYTHING NICE

Yesterday we had our youngest grandchild spend the day with us while her parents went to foster care classes. I worried about this day for a week before. Brooklyn is almost 5, but she hasn't spent a whole lot of time with us, so she doesn't know us very well. So what if she cried all day or something? Well, the day couldn't have been any better!!!! Even though Brooklyn is a quiet child by nature, she talked to me, she laughed, she was delightful. I loved the whole day! Anytime Miss Brooklyn, anytime.

Beautiful sunny, windy, day today. The high could be in the low 70's. The girls are outside, and knowing them, they might be in for quite a while. Hope it doesn't upset asthma child!

Dear friends, let us love one another, because love comes from God. Whoever loves is a child of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, for God is love. (1 John 4:7-8) It's that simple.

I always have played with the grandkids when they are with us. They have fun and so do I...but by the time they leave I am so tired!

But I love my time with them...and they are all growing up so quickly that I need to treasure each moment I get with them.

I am glad you had a good day with your little gal.
