It's Tuesday....

I've been kind of stuck in the past the past week. Thinking about Lora and thinking about what I liked about her, and why I enjoyed being around her. She was just one of those people who was easy to talk to. She was always the same when I would see her no matter how long it had been since I had been with her. I like the easiness of people like that.

Who are you talking to when you blog? Are you talking to family or friends that live far away? Are you talking to invisable somebodies out there who don't know you but they read your blog anyway? Are you talking to yourself? Maybe your blog is written to teach, or maybe to guide. Or maybe we write just for the fun of it. The last one is true of me. I just write to me, for me. If someone else reads it, that's all good. Hope you come away from my writing with a smile, or maybe with a new perspective on something. I try to be truthful. I want to always be giving thanks to my Heavenly Father. If you go away not understanding something, I hope you bring that up in your comment. Or if I somehow made you angry because we have different opinions, then tell me your opinion because just maybe you are right and I'm wrong!!

It's sunny today, but very windy. I hate wind. =( But I enjoy sitting out on our swing so I put up with the wind, and take my darling Casie out. He loves to go out.
He loves to chew sticks! And I guess they aren't all alike because he must mouth every one before settling down to one. Grass is different, too, because he has to smell it, touch it, and see it before settling down to roll all over it. If I had known how happy a little dog inside our home would make all of us, I would have gotten one a lot sooner! =) Casie barks and jumps all over the place whenever Dennis kisses me. It started with Dennis kissing me goodbye one morning before going to the store. We both noticed that when Dennis kissed me, Casie went nuts! Now there is much more kissing going on around here! (thanks, Casie!)

Brianna will be having such a wonderful time during this month. She will be going to BizTown (sponsored by Junior Achievment) tomorrow. Dennis is going to volunteer to help out. Next week is Camp Russell for 5th graders. She will have all day learning and games, and fun there. Again Dennis will be volunteering to help. There will a Super Fun Kids' Day. That's all day games, and picnic on the school grounds. There will be a luncheon and graduation ceremony May 21st. I know there is more, but can't seem to remember it all. Anyway, it's all for the 5th graders. A reward for a job well done, and a celebration of moving on to higher grades.
