Just this and that...again

Such beautiful weather today. It was supposed to rain, but it moved off in another direction, so we ended up with sunny, breezy, and warm weather instead. I loved it! Dennis and I sat on the swing for quite a while today.

I saw the primary care doctor today and he increased my nightime insulin. Hope that helps. My reading at dinner was 209 and that isn't too bad. Hope it stays down. I was disappointed about my weight gain of one pound! I've worked so hard, and that was hard to see. But it isn't about weight is it? It's about glucose readings. As I feel stronger, and can walk more, I'm sure the glucose will come down. I expect it to.

I asked Ally to pray for me. I was pleasantly surprised at what I heard. She prayed a very mature, grown up prayer. She didn't hesitate for one minute. She talked to God like she would talk to a beloved friend. I'm so proud of her! (remember, she is only 7)

Speaking of a beloved friend, I have fallen in love with Psalm 66.

Aren't prayers from 7 year olds the most sincere, sweetest prayers? I love Psalm 66 too! Susan in SC

Dianne,
Psalm 66 is very reassuring!

I will be praying for your healing as you and your hubby recover.
