Just took the picture of the girls about 2 minutes ago. This is their "I'm hungry face, but I'll pose for you if you insist" faces!
What a quick paced week we've had. I had a doctor appt on Tuesday, and it was all good news except for the weight loss. I've been working on this since February, and all I get for my hard work is TEN POUNDS off?!! I'll take it. I just thought it would be more. All the other numbers are excellent. My blood glucose is at an 7; down from an 11. The nurse says that's excellent. My bad cholestrol is down from over the top, and unreadable, to 148. Another number the nurse says the doctor is impressed with. She says these numbers show the doctor that I am indeed working hard.
I'm so thankful for online friends I can call and laugh with for more than an hour!!! I must make a trip to So Carolina!
It's really hot and humid here our area. The temps today were around 94 but the humidity makes it feel like more than 100. Ahhh! the heat of summer.
My heart breaks for the families in Minneapolis involved with the bridge collapse. I am so sorry.
