Yay! it's Friday

Ally's eye 2 weeks after surgery. Not too bad. I think she is looking much better.

It a warm, windy, sunny day here today. It's been such an odd summer. Am I the only one who thinks we haven't really even had a summer? It rained so much, Ally had summer school all of June, then Ally's eye surgery in July, now school starts August 16th. Where was summer in all of that? Oh well. We don't ever have vacations, so it isn't like we might have missed anything!

We are really hauling in the tomatoes from our garden this year. Yipee! I love tomatoes, and I've had tons of salads. Something about a tomato still warm from the garden!
