I think I have mentioned a time or two that I enjoy blog hopping and reading other blogs. Seems that I'm blogging more lately because I'm finding so many different things to encourage me to blog. Anyway, I found a blog tonight that I just have to
tell you about. It's Sandi's Brain tumor- My Fight for Life @
Sandi is only 34 years old and she was diagnosed in May last year with a brain tumor the size of a lemon. I am so thankful that as I read this fight for life I could see
that Sandi seems to be getting good news from her neurosurgeon. I will be adding this courageous woman to my prayer list. My own mother also had brain cancer. It wasn't found early enough to give my mom a chance to fight it.
We had a beautiful day today. It was 74 out and sunny. There was also a breeze, so much of the snow is gone. I'm thankful for that! Tomorrow is supposed to be even warmer.
My sweet friend, Sue, is coming tomorrow morning for coffee and conversation. I have missed her the past couple of weeks. She couldn't come because of the blizzard, then the other snow storm. It'll be so good to see her again. Sue has a new grandson. Mike was born January 10th, and he is healthy and beautiful. This makes four grandchildren for Sue and her husband.
My niece and her husband are expecting their first baby next month. They have found through genetic testing, and ultra sounds that the baby has Phelan-McDermid Syndrome.
I'm thankful that I have the hope of healing through Jesus Christ. I believe in miracles. I believe that if God leads us to something, He gives us everything we need to go through it.
I'm thankful that you came to visit me today. Take care of yourself, and hug your loved ones. Forgive those that hurt you or offend you.

Praying for Sandi. That is so sad. 34 is so young to go through so much. But God is able to comfort, strengthen and to heal. I will lift her up to Him today...and her family.
Hope you will have a good day Dianne.
