Thankful Thursday

1. It's wonderful to still have sunshine and temps above 40 this late in December.

2. On the other hand, it'll be nice to see snow flurries (and possibly a dusting)
tomorrow afternoon. If possible, I'll get a picture (or two)

3. We are all sick with the flu (and one has pneumonia on top of the flu) here at
our house. I've used this opportunity to talk how much God loves us, and how
He has us in the palm of His hand. He loves and cares for us. He will get the
Glory when we rise healed!

4. I'm so glad that my brothers are calling me on a more regular basis. They have
no idea how much I love them! (but I will continue to tell them!)

5. So good to receive Christmas cards. Usually I will hear from at least one
friend I've lost track of, and this year there was two! I hope Christmas cards
never go out of style. Some people I only hear from at Christmas.

6. This may sound silly to you on my list of things I'm thankful for, but I love
Pepsi Max! It has no sugar, no calories, and it tastes good. I drink nothing
except water, so it was good to find a soft drink I can enjoy without guilt.
