It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

This is probably the earliest we've put up a tree at our house, but I have felt so well and strong this year. I'm so thankful to God for sparing my life, and I love to celebrate Him and His birthday.

The tummy bug visited our house and all three girls were so sick. Not at the same time though, you know how that is. Brianna got sick first, throwing up and running a fever. She did that for two weeks........off and on. Then Cheyenne got sick in the middle of the night Friday night. Poor baby was constantly in the bathroom throwing up. Then the fever started, and she slept all day on Saturday. Then Saturday afternoon Ally got sick, and ran a fever. By Monday all three girls were well again and back to school. *sigh*

Our weather has been really cold and windy. Below freezing during the day, and below zero wind chills overnight. So thankful for a good work furnace!!

Had a phone call from a long time friend. I love that. Betty and I have been friends for more than 34 years, and I have missed her since we moved here to Okla.
She is one of those people that whenever we get together it's like no time has passed at all....you know that kind of friendship. Betty is such a blessing in my life, and I'll bet she doesn't even know it. Wish she was on the computer.....

Today would have been my mom's 85th birthday. I just know she would have been the most beautiful 85 year old woman in the world. She was a beautiful woman. I've sure missed her.

Today is my youngest grandchild's 4th birthday. How can 4 years have passed so quickly? She is such a beautiful little girl, and I love her so much. Hope her special day is as special as she is! Happy birthday, Brooklyn!
