Did you ever go somewhere you hadn't been before, so you didn't have a clue how to get there? I think that's happened to all of us. Brianna got a birthday invitation to a friend's birthday/pool party. The address was not near us, and we didn't know where it was. Brianna wanted to go to the party so bad, and she was afraid we were going to say no because we didn't know where the girl lives. I got on my computer and for the first time in my life, I used google map search. I got the directions straight to the house! I was amazed. I printed up the directions. So now we have directions.....right? Well, I think we are the only people to get lost WITH directions right in front of us!!! It was a good time for the females in the car to say nothing......and that's what we did. I did say "I think we should be going South". No response from the male driver. He shocked me by pulling into a gas station and *gasp* asking for directions!! Yep, we should have been going South. I'm a good wife, so I said "I told you we should be going South". You know, just in case there is a next time. Or for when we have to go get Brianna from the party.
Ally and Cheyenne are having a great time in the pool. Dennis even got in! H*LL must be freezing over.
The bracelets are from Jenna's Jewels. A wonderful online friend had these made for Ally for her birthday. Ally had been wearing "Hope" bracelets made from string for at least 2 months. So knowing that Maggie's daughter, Jenna, makes jewelry, I ordered these for Ally's birthday. Jenna decided to let Ally have them with no charge. A million thanks to Jenna of Jenna's Jewels.
