Dec 21st and all is well

The birthday girl! Hard for me to believe that 7 years has gone by already. I think even though Cheyenne was sick, she had a nice birthday.

The power is back on, but things are still tough. It's Christmas, and because of the storm, we have no money. But everyone is in the same boat! No food, no money to buy more, any money must be used to pay bills! All of Tulsa and the surrounding area is feeling the same pinch. But because we all are there in that tight place, we understand the hardness of the time. We have pared the Christmas "dinner" down to snacks, and finger foods. We'll drink water if necessary, and be thankful for it! We all came through a very tough time. I'm proud of myself for having come through it! I'm more sympathtic of others and what they are feeling now. I'm thankful that God brought us through this. If He will bring us through this little tough time, I know He will bring us through anything bigger.
