I said you never know!

Here I was on Wednesday afternoon minding my own business, when suddenly I was really sick, and my heart was pounding really hard, and was erractic. I have a fibilation problem anyway, and thought that must be the problem. As fast as I could go with a walker, I headed for the bathroom, and just made it in time.....I started throwing up (which is rare for me). My heart was really acting up by now, and every beat made me more sick to my stomach. I threw up two more times, and headed for my bed to lie down. Lying down didn't help the problem, and I called my husband on my cell phone. His cell wasn't on! So I tried to call my son........same thing..........his cell wasn't on either. Then the phone rang and it was Dana. She needed to vent about something, and when she was finished talking, I told her that something was wrong, and I couldn't get her dad on the phone. We hung up, and I called my doctor. I told the nurse the problem, and she told me to call an ambulance immediately. At that moment, Dennis walked in the door. But he didn't go to the bedroom. But Cheyenne did come in. I told her to go immediately and get her Papa that I was really sick. When Dennis came in the bedroom, I told him that I was going to call an ambulance. The ambulance came, a firetruck came, and a police car came! I was loaded up, and taken to the hospital.
At the hospital, the nurse was assessing me, when suddenly I could not breathe, and I sat straight up on the table, trying to breathe. She ran into the hall calling for help, and a doctor came in and after seeing the screen over my head, he called for the crash cart, and the room filled with people. I was worked over for what seemed like a very long time.
To make a long story short, it was determined that I had had a heart attack, and two stents were inserted. It's been a very scary time for me, and my brain is having a hard time dealing with it. The discharge papers say that I also had another T.I.A.
So, I'm resting pretty much all the time now. Computing is darn near impossible because I'm so tired all the time, and sitting here is really hard.
The silver lining is, all the rest has really helped my leg to heal, and it doesn't hurt any more! It's just incrediablly weak, and still hard to walk on.

I'M SO GLAD THOUGH YOU MADE IT TO THE HOSPITAL IN TIME! I THINK YOU MUST HAVE HAD THE HEART ATTACK ITSELF IN THE ER. OTHERWISE....WELL IT'S SCARY TO THINK WHAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED IF YOU HAD STILL BEEN HOME.

I'M HAPPY AND SO RELIEVED THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM AND WERE ABLE TO FIX IT! YOU HAVE SO MANY PEOPLE THAT LOVE AND DEPEND ON YOU! TAKE EXTRA GOOD CARE OF YOURSELF AND KNOW HOW MUCH YOU ARE MISSED WHEN YOU ARE GONE!
